Warranty and Exchange Information

Bosch charging stations are covered by either a 3-year or 1-year factory parts warranty depending on the item number. To file a warranty claim or return your charging station, contact Bosch Technical Service at 1877-805-3873 option 2 or email oetech@service-solutions.com. For customer service questions please contact Bosch Customer Service at 1877-805-3873 option 1.

Returned Goods Policy

Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.
  • Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.
  • All goods returned to Bosch Automotive Service Solutions LLC for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.
  • Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from invoice date. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.
  • Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Returns will not be accepted without valid RGA number
