Returned Goods Policy
Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition.
- All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.
- Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.
- All goods returned to Robert Bosch Inc. for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.
- Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from invoice date. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.
- Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.
