Please be aware all orders placed between June 28th and July 9th will be delayed due to system upgrades. Orders placed between these dates will be processed beginning the week of July 12th. Bosch charging stations are covered by either a 3-year or 1-year factory parts warranty depending on the item number. Refer to the warranty statement included in the original Installation manual. To file a warranty claim or return your charging station, contact Bosch Customer Service at 877-805-3873.

Returned Goods Policy

Returns may be made upon request and a credit issued if product is in saleable condition.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.
  • Any return received after 30 days of the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns will not be credited after 90 days of invoice date.
  • All goods returned to Bosch Automotive Service Solutions LLC for any reason must be shipped PREPAID.
  • Please make all claims for SHORTAGES and DAMAGES within ten (10) days from invoice date. CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.
  • Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition
  • Returns will not be accepted without valid RGA number
